Really, really good. I like how you mixed humour with the real tragedy of addiction. Using the door/wall metaphor was pure genius. Thanks for a great read.

Tank doo (that's how you say "thank you" after banging your nose against the wall).

I can identify with the predicament and the resolution, but not necessarily the addition. Ahem. Okay, well, sort of with the addition. And the wall. Oh, wait. Crap! That says addiction, not addition. Sorry. Never mind!

Excellent story, easy read, smooth, funny yet serious. Makes ya think and is artful. Well written and I suck at writing comments. Hope you get the idea, tho.

It adds up for all sorts of predicament- resolution situations. Thanks, Original.

Brilliant. We read through so many stories here...but every once in a while, one jumps out and seems to read you.
did that make sense? Bam! Bam!
Great work man.

Great read! Thought provoking and makes the reader think... I mean really think about how something that seems innocent can take over in a second. I love the metaphorical world that you've opened here. The use of literary structure guides the reader from beginning to end... absolutely loved it.
