The bottom drawer of my dresser is the underwear depository.  I only get two drawers of the dresser.  My better half occupies the top three of the five drawer cabinet.

I'm okay with that.  She's got a lot more stuff than I do although the two drawers that I do have are maxed out.  The next to last drawer holds my socks and t-shirts (the ones that get folded).  I know - normally socks and underwear would occupy the same compartment, but I've got a lot of underwear because I change 'em everyday.

Rain or shine, whether they're "dirty" or not, I change them.
