I gave you a 4 my friend. It was fantastic! I had so many emtotion rolling through me. I giggled and laughed my **** off at the chapionship race of the beetle. The dialoge was the best part! And was thrilled watching along side Paul as he watched the action. You put me in your story, I got sucked it! That's the thing all authors should strive for. If you can write something that people will see themselves in the action, you've made it. I'd love to read more from you, and I also invite you to read my works and give me your feedback.

Thanks for your encouraging comments, dkk4510. So far, the only input I've recieved concerning my writing has come from my wife, family and friends, so of course I can't put too much faith in their words. I will certainly make more submissions and will read your pieces at my first opportunity.

Love it..Looooooooooooooooved it. I could literally see my mind's eye invisioning it all like a movie playing in my head! Some of dkk4510's stuff does that to me too, like *Muds and Souls* part 1 and 2. You should read that. I'm new to this all so I haven't posted anything yet, to nearvous.

I think you should do an extended version!

Well, I certainly enjoyed that. I felt that you were certainly able to put me in this fellows head. I felt that his internal dialog was very well done, but I think the few lines he said to the girl came off a bit stiff.

Also, it seemed like an awful lot of action to cram into 15 seconds. I don't know.

I am going to score it a 4 though because I think "Great" is a pretty good description of this.

I love it! The championship against the beetle was hilarious, and well done with the chase scene. I can see this going far. I give it a 4.5 - keep it up!
