He woke up the next morning with his head in a fog. All he could remember from the previous night was drinking that viscous fluid.
His hands felt sticky and wrong, then he saw her laying next to him, the white cotton like covers coated in blood.
He rolled her over and saw the gash across her neck and the memories from the night before crashed into him.
The sick feeling he had after drinking the fluid, rushing too the bathroom he locked the door and ran to the toilet before passing out.
When he woke up next he was in the woods the beautiful harvest moon hanging in the sky casting a yellow glow .
He heard the howl of an animal that sounded like a woman screaming mixed with the mournful cry of the wolf.Frightened, he ran as fast as he could.
The sound of branches breaking and the sound of running began behind him. He could smell the sweat and musk of the animal behind him.
It's labored breathing nearly on his neck thats when he heard its feet leave the ground. Then the next thing he new he was flying.
He hit the ground stunned he felt his back burning like it was on fire. The the his vision began to swam and he was falling.
As he fell in his dream he saw the floor was covered in pillows as soon as he hit the ground he woke up in the hospital bed.
Bright florescent lights nearly blinding him as he began to focus he saw the doctor. The doctor said "Mr. levitz is it?" He paused as you nodded your head.
""We found you int the woods you were unconscious and bleeding from an animal attack. We brought you in sowed you up and you have been resting since then."
"When you out you screamed about your wife so we sent the police to your house but, all we found was a note saying that she had left on a business trip."
" Do you do any drugs?" "Why?" You asked. Because, you have only been out for a couple of days and already you wounds have begun to scar."
