"April 2010 Poetry Month Project"

Sigma Plateau  by theblackhand

I fell to my knees and worshipped

my soul feared and trembled

I hear him say unto me,

his presence all powerful

With a voice no human could ever comprehend, bellow:

"Son, your beyond all realms,

and have entered unto mine

Unto love and paradise,

very few, are worthy to find."

"You've been granted this gift,

because you gave up your life

And chose for your Savior,

my son, Jesus Christ."

"No more pain, no more suffering,

no more misery or hate

I will cleanse you from all those things,

when you enter through the gates."

"Death will never, ever touch you,

I have given you life, anew,

I have known your fear of me,

and your love for my son too."

"We are all family here,

the others I have chosen, will welcome you

Into this world beyond the realm of man,

where darkness never walks the land."

"The ultimate plateau,

in this paradise on high above,

where you will worship me forever,

JEHOVAH, THE LIVING GOD."

That's when I heard the angels sing,

all in heavenly accord,

and his mighty voice proclaim,

"Enter thou, my son, unto The GLORY OF THY LORD!"
