The right to vote should never be taken lightly. I went years without caring about it but now my eyes are open. |

I am right there with ya! We have to not let this vote be about color, and make it about what we know... |

I have a feeling the voting has been compromised. It doesn't matter if you are a man or a women, black or whit, martian or jupiterian. liberal or republican. Something has been wrong with the political system fro at least hundreds of years or more. Many people think that after kennedy got shot, things changed. But,It was only because kennedy tried to change what was already there (wether or not he was killed by a lone nut or the gov). So what was it that he wasn't supposed to change? Lincoln was known to talk about a shadow that loomed over the US and politics, before he died (I can't remember what he said, sorry), but it probobly led to his death. “the real truth of the matter is that a financial element in the large centers has owned the government since the days of Andrew Jackson –Franklin D Roosevelt 1933 “I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. Already they have raised up a monied aristocracy that has set the government at defiance. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs.” –Thomas Jefferson “Give me the right to issue and control a nation’s money and I care not who governs the country.” –Mayer Amschel Rothschild “The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace in a continual state of alarm (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing them with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary.” –H. L. Mencken “In one year, the conditions were so reversed that the era of prosperity ended, and a depression set in, to such an extent that the streets of the Colonies were filled with unemployment” –Benjamin Franklin after the passing of The Currency Act of 1764 “We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis and the nation will accept the New World Order.” –David Rockefeller “On the altar of God, I pledge undying hostility to any government restrictions on the free minds of the people.” –Thomas Jefferson (this from a man who owned slaves?) I tried to avoid conspiacy qoutes and just show what people have said throughout the years. |
