Recap of episode 6 - Mr Verma and some of the family members witness a body on the floor. This body at first, was thought to have been of Thahmin’s but this misunderstanding is cleared when they all see that they body belongs to an elder women. Meanwhile Thahmin was being chased by Rohit Sharma across the city and Thahmin came to a standstill in a backstreet where she attacked Rohit with a wooden stick. Thahmin luckily escapes and she bumps into Iqbal while she was being chased by Rohit yet again. Thahmin tells Iqbal about the killer but she faints. Iqbal takes Thahmin home and Akhtar calls Anurag letting him know about Thahmin’s whereabouts. Soon the family are home and they meet Thahmin. Mr Verma comes back to answer questions to Thahmin but he leaves on seeing Thahmin’s reaction to the killer. Imdad reveals to everyone that he told the news reporters about Thahmin being missing and the family react very angrily this. Rohit peeps into the house from outside and he vows that he won’t let the girl and her family stay happy again. Lets read ahead…

 

EPISODE 7 – A Beautiful Day Out

Wednesday

Scene 1 - In The Living Room

 

(a slight cheer from everyone)

 

But…

 

(silence)

 

You will have to forgive Imdad and Mozaquir as well for their mistake.

 

Aneetha - (smiles) Ok we forgive them as well!

 

(Malini, Mozaquir, Imdad and Thahmin chuckle. Imdad loses his smile and he calls for everyone‘s attention. All the family members look at him)

 

Imdad - I would like to say that now we have Thahmin back I want to tell you the truth that…I was the person who told the news reporters that Thahmin was missing.

 

(Everyone’s face become surprised. They look at Imdad angrily)

 

Scene 2 - The Front Yard

 

(Rohit peeps in through the window)

 

Rohit - So…this is her family. Well let me say that this happy family won’t be going in the good books no longer because…now their life will be full of miseries! Now that they have me, happiness which belongs to everyone particularly that little girl, will never be seen again!

 

 

Scene 3 - Living Room

 

(Rohit laughs and the camera comes to a still on his face. The family members stare angrily at Imdad. Imdad bobs his head down in shame)

 

Imdad - I know you all must be very angry but I had no choice! You all were treating Thahmin very rudely and so I had to tell everyone. At least you all would have changed!

 

(Mozaquir walks towards Imdad)

 

Mozaquir - You told the news reporters?

Imdad - …Yes!

Mozaquir - Why?

Imdad - (looks at Mozaquir) I had to make everyone respect Thahmin! I thought it’s the only way! They could learn from their mistake! Because of them Thahmin ran away! And so it would be their punishment if people around knew about their doing!

Aneetha - You wanted to punish us?

Imdad - No I mean in the reputation way!

Aneetha - Reputation way!?

Imdad - Yes!

Aneetha - You idiot!

Mozaquir - Quiet Aneetha! Its no time to swear but to find out.

Malini - (to Mozaquir) Let it be dad. Imdad only did it for Thahmin!

Iqbal - (to Mozaquir) Yes dad please don’t do anything to Imdad. He did it for Thahmin’s sake!

 

(Mozaquir studies Imdad’s face. Imdad looks onto the floor in shame. Mozaquir smiles)

 

Mozaquir - (hugs Imdad) Its ok son!

 

(Aneetha, Akash and Anurag are surprised that Mozaquir didn’t scold Imdad)

 

Imdad - Really? You don’t mind at all?

Anurag - But dad you were saying that you will deal with the person who did this act!

Mozaquir - Shut up Anurag! I decide what happens! I decide who is dealt with in this house. And by the way Imdad did the right thing!

 

(Aneetha, Anurag and Akash’s faces turn surprised)

 

He did it for Thahmin. You all had said so much bad things to Thahmin and so you all had to pay somehow!

Anurag - This stinks!

Thahmin - Its ok dad! Just leave it. I have forgiven everyone who had hated me once upon a time.

Mozaquir - (to Thahmin) Ok my dear.

 

(Mozaquir, Iqbal and Imdad leave the room. Megha stares at Aneetha who is still angry at Imdad)

 

Megha - (to Aneetha) is everything ok mother?

Aneetha - just shut up and go! You don’t have to ask me questions. (mimicking) Oh is everything ok mother?

 

(Megha sneers and leaves. Malini follows on behind)
