My hair is in a bad mood.  Why should it be any different than the rest of me?  Last night, my two-year-old slipped in the tub and required four stitches in his forehead.  The anesthesiologist (though well-paying, a job I'd never want merely because I'd hate writing out the title each time) couldn't administer proper painkillers until food was out of Scooter's system for four hours.  So my wife and youngest return home at 1:30 in the morning after spending [the typical] way too much time in the emergency room.  What does this have to do with hair?  They shaved part of his eyebrow.  Now we'll have matching scars, as I split my brow open a couple of 28 years ago.  Mine required nearly sixty stitches, though.
