Disc golf requires a varied skill set including balance, precision, depth perception, touch, strength, and mental toughness.  Besides the rigors of bypassing obstacles and shooting under par, players must also navigate their way around a course which inevitably has high grass, poison ivy, and those burrs which catch on cotton socks and refuse to release.  Last weekend, I learned my leg hair serves the same purpose (and suffers the same effect) as cotton socks.  Combine that to peeling off dried Chigarid patches (much like glue created second skin in elementary school), and I've lost track of how many leg hairs I yanked out.  A farmer's tan is dark arms, face and neck, with a noticeable line for a T-shirt.  Has a term yet been invented for hairlessness on the lower halves of shins?  Sockbald?
