Very nice, and excellent set up to the previous chapter. I'm enjoying the new character Dwayne and I'm wondering if his mistreatment by Joanna is a kind of foreshadowing to an event involving him in a larger capacity later in the storyline. And the fact that I'm wondering means you've certainly done something right.
