Hidden in the bonds of lies
It was a night I remembered vividly, I could hear people corresponding and pandemonium all around this night had been remembered after it happened the police were going after me like an eagle. On this night a death had become a murder everyone was reacting scared and panic to their point ,it had became serious everyone was being asked questions. The police looked at me like I knew something but I didn’t give them any wrong ,I knew something ,something very disturbing and am here to say no lies for you will be my witness of the process. I was the most popular cheerleader in school or as most people like to call me a bimbo in a skirt, I gave no wrong but still kicked them to the curved beaten them like meat. I never cared about school it was just like work to me, just meaning I didn’t get paid with money but invites to the hottest party ever created to man. Me (Victoria sweetheart) and my darling Bradley king. Oh how the school adores us, he was my date to the party ever known to the world. It was the night of the party as usual the boys were there making a plan to a great prank ,but this reacted more severely ,”listen cop martin if I tell you this I shouldn’t be on no jail time “,”yes Victoria”. It was a prank to be pulled on James Bart ,it was like a funny thing ,it all went down like this first they’ll do the same old same old between them :smoking weed and then throw some pepper sauce on him, it was basically a boring prank .but it took turns to the worst. “Now Victoria how can I believe you of course you pulled a bunch of lies too save your guy, but that’s what brought you in this room in the first place”. “Cop I know I have made lies in the past but I have come to my senses and realize it’s better to look out for myself than him.”Ok proceed then”. The firm told me that James death was caused by smoking then drowning, but I thought that he could have been allergic to the red pepper in the sauce, which could have caused his nose to block up so when he swam he died.”Victoria!, do you realize that he was killed before the pool incident we found that out after the autopsy .so someone ,someone you know who hated James killed him ,so if I were you I cut to the chased and leave the bold **** ,we already figured out ,out of the conversation”. “Yes” in a shivered voice. “Cop. martin it’s time for Victoria to leave”. “Okay”. As I left the law firm in the car I thought about what cop. martin said to me and if I didn’t speak the truth I could be headed for a lifetime in prison for being associated with a crime. It was like I was hiding behind a bond of lies. At home the pictures on the walls reminded of what I knew and saw and I had to, I had to break free.
The next day at the law firm cop. Martin said”are you ready to cut to chase”.”yes” I said, it took me some time before I told the truth finally the truth was being told, I thought it was all over, but to my surprise it was just begin and soon we’ll be in court, I started ah after James fell in the pool he went upstairs to dry off, I knew because I showed him the way, I pushed in the door to see Bradley in tub bleeding severely. And someone wearing a mask with the shirt on, I didn’t study to figure out who he was I rushed to Bradley side and helped him,but James was in the wrong place at the wrong time as so I thought but after weeks of it flashing back in my head I remember it was a cheerleader shirt with a number on it ,the number was #23 and has I thought I got it was umm it was Samantha Richardson, Am show of it, she told me and Bradley if we told we’ll be next. Oh and her motive to kill he left, he actual dumped her in the news broadcast of the school, she told him he’ll pay and he did but in the worst way possible.
It was the court hearing day they asked, but I could see Samantha getting grilled and she did. After that the school made a tribute to James, and the bonds of lies were uncovered to tell the truth. Last I asked the cop. Martin why did you say James died before he got in the pool he said, to get out the truth.
