Does anybody need formal training to cope with days of illness in one’s life? I think yes. When one down with diseases like common clod or fever, one is likely to spend most of time in bed. I would say, listen to music. As music has healing power. Or just think of life or God almighty. It will elevate your spirit once you come of bed. Or, if you are in love, good, indulge in all possible sort of fantasies.
Never allow your diminished level of energy to affect your mood. Never allow feeling of helplessness crawl upon your spirit. Always plan in your mind what you are going to do after recovering from the illness. Always think ahead. Thinking ahead, helps to accelerate the process of healing. Remember, each day a good part of your body cells disintegrates. At the same time new cells occupy the space of disintegrated. That is, disintegration and renewal is a part of life. Take is as a matter of fact. Be optimistic always. Have good faith in God
