A year has passed since Slyfer entered the academy. He was working hard and learingn as much as he can, and his strenght has kept increasing over months and months of training. Now he was maybe the strongest guy in town. But he was not about to go rampaging in town looking for a fight to prove that point. He was an honorary student of most prestigious Military Academy in empire. One day he was told to report to General Mathias. As he was walking past the courtyard of the academy, he saw the real soldiers of Hassarian empire. All the soldiers where in saluting position and then the voice of Captain Darius speaking to soldiers: "Alright, my brothers! Enemy is just on the border of this solar sistem! We must not let them take a single inch inside our teritory! For the Glory of Empire!" - Darius shouts. "For Empire!" - soldiers shout back. Slyfer was overwelmed by the type of energy and comitment the soldiers where radiating. He was exited to see that one day he will join them and fight for empire and the loved ones. As he was aproaching the office of General Mathias, general was standing infront of his office sighning the papers. There was another person there. The other person was Diona, the girl in non-student uniform Slyfer meet the first time he was here. "There you are Slyfer, go in please, I'l be done shortly." - general tells Slyfer to enter his office. As he was entering the office, Diona winked at Slyfer. He smiled and entered the office. "Well Slyfer, a year has passed, how do you feel about our Academy?" - general asks Slyfer. "Well, hard, but exiting. I was able to learn more about empire and to double my strenght and skills." - Slyfer answers. "So, I called you here because I need you to go Capital City. You need to deliver this urgent message to Lord Hiwos PERSONALY. Do not give no one else that letter. He is a personal friend of mine and he will read it instantly and give you a reply letter. So take the reply letter only from him and deliver that message straight to me. Is that clear?" - general asks Slyfer. "Yes sir, as you command!" - Slyfer answers. "Ok. Off you go then. Dissmised!" - General Mathias adds. Slyfer exited the office and he stumbles on Diona again. "Hi there. How are you doing?" - Diona asks. "Fine thanks for asking. You?" - Slyfer responds. "Not so bad actualy. I was assigned here as personal help for general. I hear you are the best student around here, is that true?" - Diona asks. "Well, everybody says that, I can't really see myself as best, but if they say I am, not going to change their minds." - Slyfer answers with a smile. "So I need to go to Capital City. Need to deliver somthing." - Slyfer ads. "Oh, you are going to Capital? Me too. I have free 2 days so I am returning to see my parents. Shall we go togheter?" - Diona asks. "Sure. I am fine with that." - Slyfer answers and they both gone to prepare to go.

      For the whole time they traveled toghether, they didn't talk much. Diona was looking always into some records, and Slyfer was reading a book. After they arived at Capital City, Diona has left the carrage right after it passed the gate. "Well I need to get off here. Have a good time in Capital City!" - Diona says. "You too! Have fun!" - Slyfer responds. After they got seperated, Slyfer was amased how the city looks like. It was a glorious architecture of tall buildings covered with glass (in our time it's windows of our tall buildings), those buildings are the remnants of old Hassarian Empire before Blackout. The streets are covered with people passing by. "Well I guess I better avoid those huge crowds, if I am to make it to Royal Palace." - Slyfer adds. He finaly arived at the Royal Palace. At the enterance he was stoped by the Royal Guards. "Hold it! You can't enter the Royal Palace without an permition." - guard on the left says to Slyfer as he cross his spear with another guard. "I need to deliver and urgent message to Lord Hiwos personaly, by the order of General Mathias from Hassarian Millitary Accademy in Regent City. I have the pass right here." - Slyfer adds. "Ok, pass seems old, but it is still in order. You can pass now!" - guard adds as he opens the gate of Royal Palace.

      Royal Palace was much the same architecture as the Millitary Academy in Regent City, except it is much larger and beautifully designed then Academy. Slyfer entered the Palace and he didn't know then where to look for Lord Hiwos. Then a passing clerk stops behind the Slyfer. "May I help you young sir?" - clerk asks Slyfer. "Oh, sry I was looking for Lord Hiwos. Do you know where I can find him?" - Slyfer answers. "Well, Lord Hiwos is in the meeting right know. If you have any message for him, I will personaly deliver it." - clerk asks the Slyfer, offering himself to deliver a message. "Ah, no thanks, I am ordered to deliver the message only to Lord Hiwos personaly." - Slyfer answers. "Oh, ok then, he will be out shortly. Whould you mind to wait him in the hallway on the left?" - clerk asks. "No, it will not be a problem." - Slyfer ads. As Slyfer was waiting for Lord Hiwos, he was amased at the sculptures of Empirors of Old. But there was no sign of Empirors or rulers before Blackout. "So young man, how can I help you?" - Lord Hiwos surprised Slyfer. "Oh, are you Lord Hiwos?" - Slyfer asks to confirm identity. "Yes I am. May I know your name?" - Hiwos responded. "Ah, my name is Private Slyfer. I am a student at Military Academy in Regent City. I have been sent here by General Mathias to deliver this envelope to your lordship directly." - Slyfer answers. "Oh, my good friend Mathias. How is he holding up?" - lord asks. "He is fine, in perfect shape." - Slyfer answers. "Yes indeed he has always been like that. So, thanks for deliverng me this letter, you are free to go now." - lord ads. "But sir, I have one another order. General Mathias needs the answer immidietly by letter and he ordered me to receive that letter only from you. I can't disobey orders, can I?" - Slyfer ads. "Of course not. I will read this letter immidietly and respond. Please, wait for me here or go to our library. I hope there are some books there that interest you." - Lord Hiwos answers and he heads off to top floor where his quarters are.

     Slyfer then, intigued by the proposition from Lord Hiwos to go to library, imidietly went there. The Royal Library was massive. So many literature to fit in two life-times of Hassarian. But Slyfer wasn't interested in ordinary litterature like poems or stories, he was more interested in one particular book: Legend of Dragonballs. "Excuse me, where do you keep the most rare collections of books?" - Slyfer asks the librarian. "It is on the lower floor of library, sir. Just go straight from here and on the end of that rows turn right and there will be stairs to leed you on lower floor." - librarian answers. "But may I ask what kind of book are you looking for?" - librarian asks Slyfer before he went away. "The book is called Legend of Dragonballs." - Slyfer answers. "Hmm, I am not familiar with that name, and I am not sure that we have that kind of book here, but you can look up in that rare colection. Hope you find what you are looking for, sir." - librarian answers. Slyfe now was off to see if there is a Legend of Dragonballs there in rare section. When he arived, he looked for about 20 minutes and couldn't find it. Then, accidently, he pulls a strange leve on the wall behind him and the wall moved asside and the hallway apeared. He was really surprised and intrigued by the discovery that he made. He was now asking himself if he would go. Then he decided to see what is behind that wall. He was walking for about 5 minutes when the light turned on. There was another room, filled with stacked books and shelves. There is so much dust, but it apears that books where undamaged by the time. Slyfer was exited. He immidietly was searching for rare books to see if there is a Legend of Dragonball book there. Then he got shocked. He found 20 books that explains the history of Hassarian Empire. Those books could explain the time before Blackout and what happened with Hassarian Empire. He was so shocked and surprised that he couldn't think straight for a moment. He decided to tell Lord Hiwos what he found in library. He picked up one book, and then exited the library, leaving the wall opened. He was pacing up and down the hallway, as he waited for Hiwos to come. "Here I am lad, all finished. What are you so exited about?" - Lord Hiwos asks Slyfer why is he acting so nervous. "Sir, you won't belive what I found. A secret room in library. Here I found this book. It explains the histroy before Blackout." - Slyfer ads as he gives the book to Hiwos. "Oh, praise the nature, this is indeed somthing. I need to report this directly to his Highness. Please, take this letter and return to Academy. I think my friend will want to hear all about this. Please hurry!" - Hiwos ads, as he walked away with fast pace, heading to the throne room.

      Slyfer then rented a horse to ride as quickly as he can back to the Regent City. When he arived he informed General Mathias about the books he found in that misterious library. Genral Mathias was astouned. "This is indeed both disturbing and good news. At least now we will know what are we and who are we. Good job Slyfer, you will make history with this. I'm sure you make the Empiror very pround and that your name will be heard in the Royal Palace. Dissmised!" - general says. "I hope we found somthing from that books. I am also exited to hear more about it." - Slyfer ads as he exited the office and head back to his quarters.
