Story envelops on character named Slyfer and his friends, from which one became an arch enemy, his life story, how he uncovers a secrets of Black Star Dragonballs, how he defends his empire from one of evil characters in Dragonball Z: Wizzard Bibidi, how latter he discovers Frost Clan (Freeza's ansestors) and their rise to power, and many more adventures that avaits him in this story.
