The story so far:
Had I really been through all of these things? Was it all real or just some shower scene fantasy and horror show?
Maybe that's it. Maybe I had completely gone mad at some point or gotten myself hyped up on crack and just totally slipped into some alternate realtity to escape the dismal abyss of my existance.
Whatever the case, I had a massive headache and a bit of vertigo which was making me slightly nasueaous. The light in the room ws just bright enough to paint the room a dim, greyish yellow which only heightened my sense of no-reality.
My muscled ached as I tried to lift myself from the bed. I searched for the phone but could not remember why, so I stopped. Across the room, I saw the faint glow of the light on the computer monitor, which was currently slumbering.
I slowly moved, staggering slightly, to get to the other side of the room.
My fingers hit the keyboard and the screen came to light. There ws a terminal window with a message that simply said :Are you there?"
O couldn't realize if I had sent the message or recieved it. I couldn't answer because I didn't know if they were asking me if I had arrived at some destination or if they were simply asking the mundane question of whether or not I was sitting next to my computer. I could barely be confident in either answer at the moment.
I decided to head to the door and open it in hopes of gaing some semblelance of sence of where I was . Opening the door, I was almost blasted back by the intense light and evn more intense heat. It was definitelyt daylight, a fact that had been obscured by the heavy curtains over the window.
As my eyes came into focus, I gazed around and was quietly terrified to realize that I had no idea where I was or how I had gotten here. The suspiciion that I had in fact been drugged and dragged here was now overwhelming me.
I also began to sense that I was in danger, in trouble or both. I hoped that whatever I had been intoxicated with would soon where off and that then I could begin to remember who I was, where I was, how I got here and what I was supposed to do next.
I closed the door, stumbled to the bathroom and began to vomit.
