There are steam bubbles lining the inside edge of the mug above where the water sits.  The tea is brewing and the water is very hot.

Today is an early morning cup of Irish Breakfast and I am in a great mood awaiting a full strength brew.  Once again, only using one tea bag is being used for the cup.  I am not sure if this is going to reduce my enjoyment of this cup of tea but hope not.

This Irish Breakfast tea is a very good quality tea so I am excited to have this morning's first sip.

Why do they call it "Irish Breakfast" if the tea is from Sri Lanka?
