Could this be any better? I was so worried that I had perverted this storyline too far. And I love this storyline! But you picked it right up and delivered another fantastic chapter.
I love the ‘Wizard of Oz’ reference. Too cool. Simply creating the thought in the readers head that a demon is familiar with such a classic American movie, somehow makes him all the scarier.
Having Ester come forth and speak her mind….then Jeremiahs smile, and our characters pain as he realizes how much he misses Mary. How hard it must have been just moments before to not give in to temptation and go to her.
And naturally, a sensational leave for our next mash.
