Well here we are, my partner Off.M and I starting another day of crime fighting and saving the world one day at a time. M. and I get into our patrol vehical and move down Emmerson St. going towards the west side of town, and we get our first call of the shift. Dispatcher calls over the radio " 7 Mary Adam 3 go ahead" dispatch tells us there is a domestic dispute at 6785 Warrwick Road @ 77th st, when we arrive there is all kinds of clothing and suit cases on the lawn. We can hear yelling from a block away two people a man and a woman.They must be really mad for a vehical in motion being able to hear them. I wonder who is going to jail this morning and the shift just started..

We pull up and when the couple come out of the house they are actually swinging at eachother,I mean blow for blow and connecting I might add.When Off.M and I approach them they stop yelling and hitting, acting like we did'nt see what was going on.I asked them what was all the yelling and hitting about and they responeded by telling us she walked in on him and some man making out on their bed. This couple has been married for approx. 15 yrs and she had no idea that he was bi-sexual? I'm sure there were some kind of signs that she noticed maybe she was in denial or just did'nt want to notice what was going on in her marrige. And when she did catch him the other guy jumped a window,mind you it was second floor of their two story home. What would make a simi-intellegent man bring his homosexual sex partner home to where his wife was to to show up? makes no sense to me but I am just a cop not a marrige counselor. When Off.M took the wife aside and took the report from her side of the fight, I could see Off.M kind of laughing to herself as the woman cries and wimmpers while talking. She seems like someone who is about to lose her mind.

I took the husbands side of the story, and kept from laughing in his face,and almost started crying because I was laughing so hard to myself, but yet I can see where she is coming from with the epidemic of HIV/AIDES going around these days I can see why she is so upset. Just as I thought we were finnished with the reports out of nowhere she pulls out a 45 automatic weapon and shoots him right in the heat. Death was instantainious and cold blooded, I notifide dispatch that we needed an ambulance at the address we were at. Off.M tackled the woman and cuffed her and read her her rights, telling her she was going to be charged with pre-meditaed Homocide and having two officers as witnesses to the crime the woman was not going to get away with this charge. She could have handeled it in a different way,like counseling or having her family members helping her through it but she did it the hard way,now she will spend the rest of her life in prison.
