The story so far:
"Infinite Web, The charcoaled remains of the promised souls"
Unbeknownst to all the residents of the metal sphere, there was something that watched anything, anytime, anyplace. it was a simple enough looking construct of clear glass about the size of a golf ball. it had only one purpose, and one purpose only.
To make sure that everything went according to the creators wishes. Nothing more, nothing less. To accomplish this, the Glass Sphere was able to divide itself into three segments.
The top segment, nicknamed "1zx5" by the Creator, was in charge of watching all the colonies movements, and recording incidents when any member of one colony came too close to the location of a another. 1zx5 had already recorded thirteen instances of such activity, but nothing within the danger zones that had been programmed within its AI matrix.
The middle segment, code named "Junior", was in charge of the placemnt of the eviorment, artificial lifeforms such as the Sky Flarn and Xombie, as well as creating new situations for the colonies to get themselves out of. junior rarely transferred data with either 1zx5 or Reaper 13, the bottom segment.
The bottom segment, labled "Reaper 13", was in charge of soul recycling. In other words, Reaper 13's job was to moniter the life signs of every souls form. If the soul died while in a body, it would simply extract the soul, erase its memory, destroy its former form, and place it in a randomly selected colony.
the creator wanted to make sure that everything with in the metal sphere was in perfect working order before he downloaded his own soul voluntarily into his creation.
The Glass Sphere was evolving into something much more.
Reaper 13 had become the brains.
1zx5 had become the brawn.
Junior had become the voice.
The residents of each colony desperately needed answers to there own questions...
The real question being, would the Glass Sphere allow them to ask those questions?
