The story so far:
"JEFF! How many times have I told you not to dress up as me!? I thought we've been over this!" he smiled as the rugged in hairs attacked the chin in an all out war for Jeff's cleft. "Those are the twists for today! Also, match number two is between... Meh, let's go with Morgan and Mr. Bean." there was a silence as the team members looked at each other with a bit of confusion.
"Um, excuse me, but Mr. Bean's on my team." Morgan called out calmly, "If you would rather have a much better match up, why not pair me up against Joseph Arhem and the Golden Strands?" the Human smiled at Antimo the pug, who was busy trying to poop out an anchor.
The image of Jeff seemed to contemplate the idea a little bit as he talked it over with his wife. "Okay then, a two on one match up between the Golden Strands and Joseph Arhem of Team Red, and the Lost Wolf of Team Blue! Please report to the tennis ball outside while we explain the newly created battlefield twists!"
Morgan went to stand up, Nordafet, Antimo and even Mr. Bean looked at him with concern. "Lost Wolf, you won't be able to overcome the combined strength of both the Golden Strands AND a single Arhem sibling. Trust me, I once faced him in battle, and even with my abilities, I lost in a matter of seconds." the new comer said coldly. "What makes you think you stand a chance?"
Nordafet wanted to know as well, even though he knew that technically, Morgan out numbered his opposition with Reason, Alpha and Omega, there was still a chance that even with the extra help, it would be a fight that would give them the edge they needed. "I'll wing it... Somehow, my only shot at even winning this thing, is if Julie gives me two elements that work well together. But I don't know if they'd even sense Reason within me. We've traveled a long way together guys, fought in battles that would drive others insane at the first punch thrown. But we've done it together." There was a sense of strong willed and fiery confidence brewing, building, and forging even stronger friendship. and then morgan deflated it. "Now I think it's time for us baby birds to be pushed violently out of the nest, wings clipped and five pound weights strapped to our bodies, and see if we can't fly the **** out of here!"
Morgan flashed a smiled, flared a thumbs up, winked, hopped up on one foot, and twisted his little toe. His boy band scream of pain gave absolutely no confidence to his team mates, and utterly deflated any confidence that had been built up in his speech. Morgan laughed as he heard Resaec scream in pain as well, and shout something about someone going somewhere not very pleasant. "Time to get my fight on! I wonder what element I'm getting!" the Lost Wolf laughed as he stepped out to the tennis ball, matched eyes with the Golden Strands and Joseph Arhem, and disappeared in the flash of cherry scented smoke.
"Does he always act like this?" Mr. Bean asked politely, not knowing whether or not the Human was just tired or totally insane.
The Doem shrugged, closed his eyes, and leaned back watched the wall TV unfold into a holographic projector. "He has his off days. Let's hope this isn't one of them."
The small lake in the middle of the desert seemed bright white, almost to the point of glowing, as thousands of peices of drift wood, broken doors, benches, dislodged forests, door knockers, Mike Tyson dolls, and Wooden Indians you see at the convenience stores floated in the water , were almost attached to one another by some mysterious force. The three warriors were shot out of cannons that floated in the sky, they looked like massively over sized battle ship cannons poking through the clouds from the ridiculous height they appeared. The force of the winds pressing against the faces of the three combatants was awesome, it slipped over their bodies and pressed faster speeds on them, until vapor rings formed over their bodies. They looked like graceful angels, floating down from the clouds to deliver joyous news to all.
This image promptly ended when the Golden Strands flapped his arms like a idiot and began screaming his face off. This was followed by Jospeh Arhem deciding now was a really great time to take a wizz in mid air, resulting in very bad aerodynamics, causing him to twist, twirl, flip, and zip, zig, zag, and plummet the rest of the way, while Morgan was simply slamming into a legion of winged bald beagles that had been surgically implanted with four to five repeating magnetic coil guns each. The clouds ripped and roared passed the three flailing idiots, and then they saw the lake, that shimmering, beautiful, almost godlike lake.
It turned into a chaotic, thunder and lightning infested, night terror inducing overly hungry aquatic monster filled, ravishing, demonic ocean of pain and death on levels that seemed almost unreal. The shells of several Ocean Colossi burst from beneath the water like several Tunguskan bombs ripping through the ground. The Golden Strands smacked headfirst into the obsidian like shell, followed by Joseph who simply was gashed to near death by a Razor Finned Panda, and the last to land was Morgan, who simply landed on top of the Razor Finned Panda and named him Skittles.
The dark and demonic looking clouds twisted and churned, throwing up and out lightning bolts several times the size of the Ocean Colossi themselves, the thundering explosions of sound slammed waves of pure force against their ear drums, and the solid sheets of rain fell like billions of tons of pallets of cement bricks wide enough to give the Chrysler building a extremely tough time. The holographic Julie Chen appeared once again, untouched, unharmed, and perfectly at home in a dark cherry red recliner, fluffy robe, bunny slippers, and a bubble pipe.
"House Guests, welcome to the oceanic battlefield! Here, not only will you have to battle each other, but the elements themselves! Will you triumph against the perils of Mother Nature? Or will the unforgiving, merciless bastard that is the mac daddy of Mother Nature rip you a couple of new ones in places you wish he hadn't?!"
Morgan put his arm through the hologram, waved it around a few times, and shrugged.
"So let's get the twists out of the way," Jospeh Arhem said, wiping the rain from his face. "From the first battle, we already know that if we win, we keep the injuries, that the pain is multiplied by the number of times we were hit during our victorious match, the loser of said match can't use defensive moves for ten minutes, and in case of a tie on the final round, were pretty much chainsaw ****."
Holo-Julie nodded happily before announcing the newest twist added to the battlefield, as a massive ten thousand foot tall tsunami wave built up far behind her and crashed down upon a hapless island for misfit toys. "Because of the special circumstances of this two on one match, this new twist is meant to spare two from next match for the winner, and send four, including those that lost, into the deep freeze! Best of three rounds, starts now, on Surviving Big Brother!"
From out of nowhere, the tempest winds and the winds from a jupiter tornado wrought forth the theme song from Big Brother. But it didn't sound right at all, it sounded off key, hollow, and far away. The Golden Strands looked up and saw the hypergiant sized eyes of the Puppet King's mechanical Kraken.
"WHERE THE HELL HAS THAT BEEN!?" Barney Fife roared as his Puppet Squid lowered one of its massive tentacles into the Big Brother compound's atmosphere, the tip splashing down in the battlefield, reaching towards the point of entry morgan and the others came from. The very edge, of the very tip, of its smallest tentacle, was like a cliff face made of a mile thick titanium. It bumped the tennis ball, and the whole mass was shunted into Barney Fife's mind, the rejoining of the puppet and master was the missing link that Barney was missing, and at long last, both he and the Great Mouth felt at peace with themselves.
Holo-Julie watched the three get their sea legs, and after careful consideration, gave them each their own elements. "Golden Strands, Joseph Arhem, Morgan Gavin... Skittles," she said with some hesitation, "Though your abilities have been removed for the remainder of your stay, we have assigned you all styles and move sets based on these ten elements. Light, Dark, Time, Space, Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Lightning, and Metal. There are over ten thousand moves and style for each element. The battles will be best out of three, there is no time limit, you will not die. Golden Strands, you have been assigned the lightning element, Joseph Arhem, you have been assigned the wind element, Morgan, you have been assigned the ti-" the hologram glitched as the image wavered for a few seconds, she then returned to normal. "Morgan, because of circumstances beyond our control or understanding, you have been assigned two combination elements. The first is the explosion element, comprised of fire and space, the second is hurricane element, comprised of wind and water. Good luck to both teams!"
The hologram faded away as the Golden strands looked sadly at Morgan. "I don't want to fight you lost wolf, I like you, you created me when I was nothing more than a destructive force. Why do you hate me?" That was a good question, the Human wished he had more time to answer it as Joseph launched himself off of the Ocean Colossi's mountain like shell, the walls of pressure slamming him higher into the air.
"Golden Strands, its time you obeyed your true calling, fight the Lost Wolf. Pavana k??an? ?ail?: Adr??ya pan?j?!" Joseph whispered into his cupped hands. The pressure around him seemingly formed into a rain drenched set of claws that hovered just above his own hands. A seventy foot tall wave rose above his head as gravity took hold of the Arhem and pulled him towards the ocean.
The Golden Strands eyes glowed a dark and tainted yellow. "I am truly sorry for this. I am on a different team then you. Stíl tintreach: Deich míle stailceanna briseadh bholláin!" the being said slowly as he instantly dashed into a glowing, golden streak, rocketing towards Morgan with confusing accuracy.
"Explosion and hurricane elements huh?" Morgan said to himself.
'Having doubts?' the familiar inner voices said together.
'And where the **** have you guys been for the past five months?' Morgan thought as the first one thousand strikes were almost half thrown, some missing Morgan by a few inches, others slamming hard into his ribcage like cement trucks strapped to giant bottle rockets. the pain was enormous, but he didn't have any time to think about it. He just dodged as best he could while looking up at Joseph, who seemed to be controlling the Golden Strands some how.
Holo-Julie faded into view again and stopped the fight. "Morgan Gavin, the producers and the married duo have conferred with me about your situation, and we have decided to not allow the special combinations. Instead, we will draw out those residing inside you, Nordafet, and Antimo. They will be divided up fairly amongst the three houses merely as spectators and advise the houses., and those residing within you, will aid you in this battle. The stakes will be doubled. To the victor, four will be spared, to the loser, eight will be frozen."
There was a collective gasp as Nordefat, Antimo, and Morgan glowed violently, their minds being stripped of the fragments they had worked so hard to gather. Three minds felt as if pieces of it were being pulled off by sharp claws, the shared thoughts and feelings with the many had now become hollow and empty. The glowing grew to a deathly grave humming in their ears that almost drowned out the sound of the roar of thunder claps and the sloshing crashes of the ocean waves on the massive mountain like shells of the Ocean Colossi, and then grew even brighter as the three of them lifted off the ground. The pain the ripped through every proton, every neutron, every electron, every molecule of their being, till it seemed like it would rip them apart.
Then it stopped, the pain went away instantly as sweat, liquified emotion, and hydraulic fluid dripped from each container of the Fragments Of Reality as they looked around. Morgan saw Alpha, Omega, and Reason standing by his side, in what appeared to be robotic shells depicting their true forms. Morgan knew that Alpha and Omega's true forms were the Skeletal Angels he had become the masters of till he finished their requests, but apparently, the producers thought the cursed lovers look was a bit uncouth. Now, the bandaged skeletons had on hipster clothing that was in fashion, hair and make up that did little to disguise their true forms.
"Was Hohn ist das!? Haben sie sich nicht an die Toten?" Alpha roared in disgust as he torn the clothes off, the heavy chains that bound him and Omega together reappearing, if only as a thorned link between the two.
Reason looked like a carbon copy of Morgan, only with jet black skin, golden eyes with dark blue spiraled pupils, and hair and teeth that were of the darkest magenta. "What now? The Fragments were the only thing that protected you Lost Wolf, one false move, even one blow from either of those two, and its all over."
Morgan understood, but turned his attention to Holo-Julie. "Morgan Gavin, Reasono Nivag, Skeletal Angels Alpha and Omega. You have each been assigned one of the ten element styles here on Surviving Big Brother. Morgan, you have been assigned the fire element, Reasono, you have been assigned the space element, Alpha, the wind element, Omega, the water element. Good luck!" she seemed pleased with herself. Tentacles flared into sight as monstrous legions of Kraken slammed into the ocean, sending moon sized waves of the freezing water high into the sky all around them. The massive Ocean Colossi rose to their full height, and the seven warriors were pressed down where they stood. Their eyes not believing the stark white of space in this Existence, marred only by the black stars that hung like drooping Christmas tree ornaments. For a moment, they felt as if they'ed fly off into the distance, but the sound barrier shattering roar of thunder, and the water vaporizing crackle of lightning rose to meet them.
The Golden Strands made the first move, sending elongated claws slashing at the four with limited success, one of the three claws pierced Omega's arm, another slashed across Reason's chest, and the third nicked Alpha's cheek, causing a bit of dust to leak out. "I have Lufts ability... I shall make good use of these gifts." he said as he lowered his head and clasped his hands together and began his offensive.
He would not disappoint his master.
"Luft-Stil: den Tod der Klaue: Luft Sense armageddon!" Alpha said as his right eye glowed a soft forest green. Pockets of dusty air swirled around his hand, and wind infused with a blue light spread out of the tips of his fingers, he felt the familiar chains weight as the one thousand razor edged links snapped together. He couldn't see them, and was reminded of his fallen comrades, Wasser, Erde, Feuer, Licht, and Dunkel.
Had they all died for nothing?
His eyes burned with a rare insight as all the chains pointed directly at the Golden Strands, at the Chasm of Nonexistence, at everything they had done to the side of Existence, free will, and mercy. He slowly raised his hands as the lightning claws screamed towards him at frightening speeds.
"No more." he whispered in rough English, his accent thick with a viral hate he could not contain. "Luft armegeddon: Vernichtenden Schlägen!" he roared as he ripped his hand through the blast of deathly freezing water, the invisible chains blowing a path through the massive one hundred fifty foot swell towards their target. The Golden Strands look of blank disillusion continued as the links slammed into him, wrapping their invisible weight around his arms and legs till they reached his body, then wrapping around that till that last swing was aimed at his head.
The torrential downpour was slamming the warriors in all directions.
