The story so far:
"sogno della dinistia complete" -> (37 skipped) -> "Drachonic Arhonia!" -> "WELCOME TO BELSA, POPULATION FOUR BILLION"
"What?" Daniel asked cautiously, not knowing if this was a ploy of Morgan's, or at the very least, some really really cheap advertising executive.
"But theres only one person here. How can such a large number of people inhabit-" Bobby was interrupted when a nearby anthill ruptured from the ground, standing at least four feet tall.
"Your perception of what qualifies as a towns population is both insulting and narrow minded." Came a thundering buzz of many voices at once. Blake wondered how this kind of thing happened on a minute by minute basis without Morgan losing his mind.
Then he remembered that this was Morgan he was thinking about, and after that, everything made sense.
"So, this is the town of Belsa?" He inquired, scratching his head.
The voices rang out again. "No, that is a hot dog cart, those are bricks, and thats a single roomed jail cell. This anthill you see before you, THIS is Belsa."
Again, this whole thing caught Daniel off guard again. "But, this isn't a town-"
"I'MONFIREI'MONFIREI'MONFIREI'MONFIRE!" Bobby screamed as he looked at his hand, forgetting that he'd been changed into a Draconic Archon.
"SHUT THE HELL UP! HERE, GO PLAY WITH YOURSELF!" Blake shouted as the shot the cloning ray at Bobby, making an exactly duplicate.
"Hi!" They said to each other. Then there was a pause for a few seconds. "WE'REONFIREWE'REONFIREWE'REONFIRE!" They screamed in unison.
"Damn it." Blake muttered as he watched the two run into each other and fuse into a Chromatic Abyssal Skeletal Draconic Archon.
"SON OF BITCH!" Bobby screached in panic as he accidently ran through the anthill of Belsa. Hundreds of millions of voices cried out in pain and horror.
"We'reonfirewe'reonfirewe'reonfirewe'reonfire!"
Blake, Daniel, Skylar, and Enigmatt knew what this meant.
Skylar armed himself with one brick.
Daniel with the other.
They gave each other looks of grave confidence, and launched the bricks at Bobby's head, knocking him out cold. The Chromatic Abyssal part of him taking over.
"YOU HAVE ASSAULTED THE GREAT AND POWERFUL OZZY! NOW WHERE'S ME **** JELLY FILLED BAT!"
"Wait... What?" Dniel asked in confusion.
"I AM THE FIRST OF FOUR MINIBOSSES!" The Ozzy Archon roared, as psionic shockwaves tore through the sky, larger than asteroids. Enigmatt smiled at this as he summoned his life weapon, that had somehow been tainted by the darkest energies of the universe, changing it into a larger, eviler looking version of Soul Edge. "NOW! I AM KNOWN ONLY AS ENIGHTMARATT!"
Blake simply looked at Enigmatt, looked at Soul Edge, looked back at Enigmatt, then poked Soul Edge in its giant eye. "WHAT THE FLYING FRATHNIC!?" The voice from the sword roared in frustration. "DUDE! I'M HERE TO HELP YOU!" It screamed as Enightmaratt rubbed the rapidly blinking eye.
"Look, I know we've had our differences-"
"DUDE! YOU TAKE PEOPLES SOULS!"
"Well... There's that. But I'm not as bad as Selena Gomez or Justin Beiber."
"YOU KILL PEOPLE, THEN TAKE THEIR SOULS. I think thats at least a little bit worse than two pop stars." Blake explained as the Ozzy Archon formed four massive blades from its Abyssal Draconic Archon energies.
His skull cackling in anger. "I AM INVINCIBLE! NOTHING CAN- What are you doing with that fire extinguisher?" Ozzy suddenly asked out of curiousity. Blake and Enigtmaratt stared at Daniel. "Dude... Isn't that like cheating? And where'd you get that anyways?" The Tingion prince asked.
Daniel shrugged. "I got it from the hot dog cart."
The man in the burlap sack smiled and waved wildly, before being eaten by the town of Belsa, who were still complaining about being on fire.
Dan readied himself, aimed, and fired. The contents that launched from it smothered out Ozzy Archon's fiery form. "AHHHH... No... You've defeated me, and here's the next place you need to go. The town of Belsa."
"We're in Belsa."
"There are two Belsa's, one of them an anthill, and the other is... Wow. You guys are fast."
As the group traveled onward from the towan and anthill of Belsa, a moon in th Skull Kid mask appeared in front of them. The sight of it alone was something completely foriegn to the four men. Enigmatt only sighed.
"What do you want?" He asked in a bored tone of voice.
"I've come to take away all your gifts this digital place has given you! Your journey shouldn't be this easy you know!" The moon said in a shrill voice.
"Can you please? We hate what we've become! It makes no sense what so ever!" Bobby pleaded with the moon, Dan and Skylar nodding in agreement.
"Okay then. It's done." The moon replied in a kind withered old voice. Three red beams of antidata swirled gently around the changed heroes, changing them back to their regular, human, bodies of not really that much importance.
"I must go now, there are many untold numbers of people just like you, fighting something they don't understand, for a cause that is far beyond their comprhension."
Daniel thought about what the moon had just said. "Justin Beiber tickets?" He asked out of curiosity.
"Exactly. That's why I'm taking my precious life and devoting it to people who really want to see some girl in man clothes prance around the stage." The moon shot back in anger.
"Really?" Skylar said hopefully.
"No. Now go forth, you have three other Minibosses to overcome if you wish to win his approval."
"You know about this game too? How's that possible?" Blake asked outright.
"Really!? You're in a holosphere, where data simply pops into every digital things main frame anytime, ANYTHING HAPPENS." The moon shouted back. "Anyways, the next miniboss is-"
Enigmatt interrupted the moon. "Yeah, look, it'd be easier if we just went there for ourselves and did the whole miniboss fight thing, right!?"
The moon was flabbergasted. It had only been living for five minutes, and Enigmatt had got it passed the point of confusion, and landed squarely in flabbergasted territory.
"But- but- I'm trying to help you make this trip go by a little faster! I mean, I'm going to crash into this place in a few weeks, so you might as well-"
Enigmatt held up his hand. "Nope. Don't want it."
"But BEN will-"
"Stop it!"
"But-"
"I said no!"
"What about the magic shrooms!?" This caught Enigmatt off guard. Daniels ears pricked up at the sound of the words magic, and shrooms stuck next to each other.
The moon caught sight of this new interest and continued its ploy. "Yes! The magic shrooms you need to defeat the all encompassing evil of BEN!"
Blake had listened to this thing ramble on quite enough. "Now listen you giant whatever the hell you are! We need to get to the next town, regardless of what Enigmatt might say or think."
Outside of the Holosphere, the Golden Strands and Magnus looked at Enigmatt with some bit of questioning in their eyes.
"Are you really trying to stop these guys from joining Morgan? And I thought Daniel was the leader of the team!" Magnus asked pointedly. Enigmatt, sensing some tension in the room, did the only logical thing he could at the moment.
"NINJA PELLETS!" He yelled as he fired a few smoke pellets out of his cybernetic arm into the floor. The smoke exploded in a miniscule amount, with Enigmatt not having moved an inch.
"What the hell was that all about!?" The Golden Strands asked rather loudly.
"New upgrade, it was supposed to take me away to some other place. They have failed me!" Enigmatt exclaimed as he returned his attention to the gold and white bowling ball sized orb in his hands.
Blake was confused. He wasn't normally confused, but now he was really confused. Back at Belsa, Enigmatt had been in possession of Soul Edge, or rather, Soul Edge on meth and a healthy dose of roid rage. Enigmatt had called himself Enightmaratt, and had somehow been enveloped in a weirdly shaped biobooster armor.
"Um Enigmatt?"
The Tingion turned to face the human.
"What's up?"
"Where's Soul Edge?"
"Oh, that?"
"Yeah, that."
"It went for a walk."
"But it has no legs."
"And? Come on, you've seen things that are way beyond comprehension, and you're also talking to one of the characters in your book, in the flesh. So why not accept that Soul Edge can just take off when it wants to?"
"Enigmatt, you're lying. Soul Edge doesn't just up and walk or float away, in fact, aren't your eyes supposed to be blue?"
Enigmatt suddenly had a grimace the grew across his mouth. "You weren't supposed to figure that out Blake." Enigmatt replied, his voice a howling tornado of countless souls, his left eye was blood shot, yellow, and had a sickening green and red iris.
"You're not Enigmatt anymore are you? Youre still Enightmaratt."
The Tingion's body was wrapped in a distorted fleshy substance. It climbed up his legs, wrapped around his waist, torso and neck, slithered onto his shoulders down his arms and engulfed his hands. "You shouldn't have done that." It said coldly, like his voice was under water.
"See, told you I was trying to help, but noooo, the blue haired jack hole down there kept interrupting me!" The moon said angrily.
Blake, Skylar, Bobby, and Dan stood there stunned.
"So, you aren't Enigmatt, are you?" Skylar asked, breaking his long silence.
"No Skylar, I am not. The real Enigmatt is safely outside of this world, looking onto the developements of this in the coding that constantly streams through the articulated circuitry of the Holosphere. I was to be the last Miniboss, after the moon here-"
"WHOA WHOA WHOA! Now hold on a minute here, you mean to tell me that the **** MOON was going to be our next Miniboss!?" Bobby asked, slightly feeling the size and scope of the situation.
"Yeah. The moon. Didn't you learn anything while in the data stream?" The Hologram asked. "You can literally blurt out any old thing, the powers that be from all Existences grinding together will simply make whatever you've just said appear. In other words, kiddies, you've got the ability to use special moves!"
Skylar smiled wildly. "There's no limit to what youre about to pull out of thin air. Even Enigmatt knows this when he previously was sucked into this Reality before everything started to close together. He and Morgan defeated the Colossus of Darkness, a former ally of Morgan's that had been captured by the Chasm of Nonexistence and forced to evolve over fourteen million times." Blake was simply shocked, in awe, and didn't see the Hologram's fist coming. "But I guess since the covers been blown, how about we turn up the heat, and give you an actual challenge that wont end with fire extinguishers? By the way, Blake was right, my name is Enightmaratt, a combination of the purest will of Soul Edge, and the perfected potential of Enigmatt Sword dorikame. the moons name is... the moon." the humans scrunched up their faces a little bit.
"So, two against four?" Bobby began, relaxing after being returned to his human form. Fiery red energies began to flare from the ground beneath him, his hidden Draconic Archon powers now completely in control. "I like those odds." He smiled as his body lifted off the ground and his skin became scaly.
Skylar held out his hands in front of him. "You know, I've always wondered what my greater potential is, I was beginning to think that Ozzy Archon over there was the strongest threat that this place had to offer!"
"not by a long shot human."
Skylar's eyes flared as a tornado of kunai and miniguns appeared in the distance. He smiled as knights armor encrusted with technologies far more advanced than anything he could possibly hope to understand fused with his being.
Daniel said nothing. Only too content to let his actions speak for themselves, he thought inwardly as his body grew hidden weapons that could appear at will. His body was now shrouded in a dark black smoke pillar that was just as tall and wide as he was.
"Bring it." He exclaimed, eager to show his friends that he wasn't just a punching bag.
Blake smiled as green energies warped and grew within his form.
"You know what Enightmaratt, for what its worth, I don't want you to hold anything back, I want you to show us what this new Existence we find ourselves is truly can do!" A green hooded cloak warped itself around Blake's body while eight orbs of both fire and water encircled him. "Heh. You guys ready for this!?" He shouted.
Enightmaratt simply smiled, took a deep breath, and shouted, waves upon tidal waves, upon tsunamis, upon mega tsunamis of energy burst outwards, knocking them over like it was nothing.
"?tma an?cina bl?? nr?tya: L?s? skr?m!" He said calmly. Instantly, four hundred thousand forms of Soul Edge appeared in the sky, their hilts and the flats of their blades engraved with a single face, a single notation of the life that they took. Eaches eye a different maddening shade of hatred, of loss, of horror beyond comprehendable horror.
"Are you sure that you still want to go on with your futile fight?" Enightmaratt called out as the giant living weapons began to scream towards the ground. Blake's mind snapped into focus as Feuer and Wasser began to whisper unknown dark secrets into his ears, the orbs fueling his energies beyond something even he could understand stand.
"Is that so? Well then, I guess I'll have to come out guns a blazing then!"
"Fusion: Feuer und Wasser, die Asche macht Wärme und die Sonne Löschmittel kalt, Form und Reform für immer und ewig!" Blake shouted, his German side roaring to life as the land of his great great grandparents and the language rolled off his tongue as if he had known the full extent of it his whole life. The eight orbs of fire and water slammed together repeatedly, bursting apart and slamming together again and again as the steam formed into a weapon os his own design. "Dimensional Dampf Schuß, jetztkonzentrieren!" Blake shouted as he directed the rapidly condensing beam of evaporated water through some of the forms of Soul Edge. The impact drilling through the tip of the sword, ripping, tearing, boiling the inside before exploding out of the bottom of the hilt.
"Holy ****. That was awesome." Bobby shouted with a giant smile on his face.
"Draconica arconte tornado a spruzzo!" He spoke softly, his left eye becoming a fiery, bloody red with a bright orange and yellow iris and pupil, while his left eye became a brilliant blue with a blinding white iris and a sky blue pupil. "Let's DO THIS!" He roared as leathery wings ripped form his back like a switch blade knife, The feather like claws reaching outwards as he launched himself into the sky with one mighty flap. The energies twisting and churning around his hands as the soul edges swarmed around his body like a could of insects, the buzzing and hateful insults slashing bobby across the chest with little effect.
"I... Have... Had... ENOUGH OF THIS ****!" He raged as he thrust his arms outward to their maximum length, the energies exploding outwards, shattering the living weapons as though they were nothing more than thin slivers of ice under a waterfall of boiling hot water.
Daniel simply beat the living crap out of anything that was in reach of his Zweihander Tonfas.
"You shall not pass." He said coldly as his blades slashed through hundreds of living weapons in his twisting, speedy, death blow delivering style. "There. Now fade into oblivion." He whispered as his weapons sunk back into his body. The enemies behind him suddenly imploding in huge storms of lightning and tiny cries for help or sour cream.
Inside of his castle, looking at the various screens, Morgan sensed the bloody strands again.
"Morgan..." She said into his ear, the Lost Wolf ignoring her haunting voice as it faded in and out like a pipe organ running through the last few seconds of usability. "You're a father Morgan..." The voice whispered as it disappeared, "You will never know the child, nor will he ever love you." She whispered, there was a hint of glee in her voice.
A few minutes later, when all he had was the silence to comfort him, the Lost Wolf put leaned back and stared silently upwards, as tears began to fill the corners of his eyes.
The gold and white sphere in Enigmatt's hands glowed softly as streams of black, white, red, blue, green, and yellow coursed along its intricate puzzle like surface. The screen showed a mighty battle between the four humans and Enightmaratt, while another showed Morgan weeping softly into his hands after learning that his ex wife Caasi was pregnant. He pivoted the screen in different directions, giving both Magnus and the Golden Strands different angles on the action. The Tingion knew that this Existence he found himself in, was much different from the one he knew, in more way than one. His thoughts turned to his Liory, Shadowmatt, on how he was coping with this new found place.
'My Chosen,' The warbled voice whispered into his ear, 'I no longer have access to the Liory Realm.' He finished with a quiet and discomforting rage. Enigmatt knew this feeling all too well. His blue eyes focused on the actions of Enightmaratt, closing watching and analyzing every swing, punch, quick, bounce, hit dodged and landed.
Magnus watched his friend at work.
'His training never ends, even when he is so far away from his family and friends. Do you think he approves of what Morgan and Blake have done?' The lion man's Liory whispered to him.
Magnus shrugged his shoulders, 'You'd have to ask him yourselves. I don't think we really have that much of a choice in the matter. The two humans simply wrote, as far as they knew, a book called the Dorikame Saga. I don't think they understand just how closely to our actual adventures they nailed it.' Magnus blinked a few times and looked at the Golden Strands. 'Magnight, Shadenus, can you still feel the Liory Realm?' He thought inwardly, casually glancing at the spot on his left forearm where a close friend used to reside.
'No. We cannot. What we can tell you however is that the Liory Realm itself is still available to us, just...' There was a pause in Magnights voice. Magnus didn't like it when either one of his Liory stopped mid sentence. It usually meant something serious.
