Dog, when are you gonna decide to quit all the other artsy stuff you're doing, stuff that only allows brief explosions of superb writing?

When are you gonna take a long hard look your writing style, recognize that not only do you have something to say; something that everyone needs to hear, but also that you have a unique way of saying it that no one else can match and, come out of the closet with it?

When ya gonna, huh? When?

Hey WWB. Brief explosions are all I'm suited for. little premature ejaculations. attempting to focus longer term is parlaying. fear of commitment. fear of failure. all that jazz. And i cant allow things like writing to interfere with my real obsessions at the moment. thanks for the encouragement. I hope your endeavors are coming along nicely.

I happen to like Skynnard and Seger's puke, thank you, but aside from that little offensive, this was like stream of consciousness meets Stephen King. ;)
I like the repetition of "if you're like me"-it lends just the right amount of structure to this, AND it eludes to the fundamental truth of the chapter.
I also love elusive description (my words-no idea what you call it) when characters are painted in vivid color without using a-typical descriptions, like (most annoying) 'her blue eyes sparkled while she swept back a lock of chocolate brown hair.' blah. love it when you get the image without the imagery. That's talent, my friend.
I wish I could mash it, but that stuff only works once. Unless of course, we looked at this chapter one as somewhat of an prelude - and flash back the story to bring it to that moment. hmmm...

Rarely read anything from you that warrants less than a 5, and this was no exception. ;)

Psst! I need a chapter 6 on this thingy I'm doing, 11. Spare time, spare parts, spare change...I could use one of your cut-throat, git-er-done chapters right now, if you had the time. If I remember correctly, we mash well back to back...

Thanks for reading Foo! and I like Skynnard and Seger too. The character however doesn't. :-)
I just posted another chapter...although not a direct continuance. I think I'm more interested in playing with the ghost theme than any particular characters. Maybe the dead are coming back everywhere. and each one has a different purpose.
I will for sure check out your thingy. cant say Ill make chapter 6. but maybe. I feel pretty inspired today!

Vampire, werewolves, zombies, etc these of type stories get told so much that they tend to get boring, even though their popularity continues to soar here lately.

It takes a special hand to bring such stories to life....give them an edge that makes them interesting. That power is in yours.

Simply amazing. And what makes those who know good writing read your work, in awe of it, is the fact that you make it seem so **** easy when it isn't. It's great to have you back my friend.

5 stars.

thanks TBH. All this Bundy reading Ive been doing lately for your project has got me warping in different directions. This business was a result of it. I'm fascinated with the dead, in whatever form they choose to come back in. I'm thinking of a world wide epidemic where the dead come back as ghosts and do whatever they want. Some will love again. Some will seek redemption. Some will seek revenge.
I seek another drink.
Appreciate you reading and your kinds words.
Promise to have an installation for your project soon. Its not as easy as this mess. I want it to be nasty good.

I can't believe I'm shilling like this, but should anyone happen to be on Facebook, look up Gilthe Ghoul. Started in the wake of Twilight and prior to learning of Zombieland. It's dumb, but hey, so are we.

Wow. For days now I've sat and stared at this screen and wanted to say SOMETHING... but nothing I could think of could do it justice. I'm only posting something now because there's no way I'm not going to say anything.

I can't think of the last time I read something of this quality here. The ending was horrifying and rather beautiful in a sickening way. Reading it was like taking shots to the gut the whole way though. I absolutely loved it. What WWB said about you needing to focus on your writing more... I second that motion. More please.

Holy **** dog! Holy **** ****! No joke, I was glued to every word. Poetic prose. Are you published? If not you should be!

I am a fan. No joke. And I don't like much, usually.

Wow, Dog. Don't know what took me so long to get to this here, but I am intrigued. Like you, I find myself fascinated with ghosts and zombies and the like. Maybe because it gives us a fleeting chance to believe in some form of life after death. I don't really know what I believe in at this point, just that if life only consists of our small amount of time in the living world, well....that **** blows. Your talent is incredible and I am glad you express yourself in so many different avenues of art.

Keep up the awesome writing dear. I am always pleased to read your work.
