Thanks! Glad you enjoy it. I guess the character reflects myself alot. Because I tend to use profanity all the time around my friends. The word **** seems to be the most over used word with us. But we never notice it until someone points it out. lol

It wasn't my intention to be a 'mediator.' But to point at my thoughts as well. I just happened to agree with j_clone on some of his thoughts. If you can not take creative criticism maybe you shouldn't post stories online where anyone can read or react to them. Once, again, just my opinion.

Yes, I can see where it would piss you off. I understand what the sign meant. But, the wording sounds terrible. We should be thankful for soldiers who have fallen, and preserve their memory. But never thankful that they died.

Thanks, I really do appreciate it! Glad that other people are noticing the development of the character through the swearing. (which was what I was going for) I agree as well, no one is forcing anyone to read my stories. Or anyone else's for that matter. Which is what I find funny about people who complain about profanity or nudity in movies/television. There is a rating for a reason. You go into these things with that knowledge. While, in my case there is no rating... My writing was not meant for everyone. Just as Shakespeare, Oscar Wilde, or Edgar Allen Poe aren't for everyone. They are just considered to be great in the mind of many. Not everyone.

I really enjoy your writing style as well. It actually reminds me of my own in a way. I guess coming from the perspective of the character. Plus the sort of attitude you bring forth. Very well written!
