Enjoyed reading. You know horses. I suspect you are a rider. Who are the Heretics? Remember that "it's" is a contraction and "its" is possessive.

Thanks, Al. Yeah, I always get those two mixed up. Nah, I'm no rider. I'm actually wary around horses, they tend to chase me and try to kick me for some weird reason. Lol.

And the Heretics are the General and his army. Lacked a bit on description and clarification on the story.
