A refugees lady with many children fleeing her country and living in a tent in between no where scout free.Not only refugees is written all over her body and face but the faces of her malnourished children as well. But she still has to go through the bereaucracy that is mandatory to be recoqnized as a refugees officially by the united nations high commissioner for refugees.The process for her to be considered depends on how many refugees are there before her and her children.She has no other place to go to or seek help. So,she has to wait for her turn in the freezing desert scout free .

In the beam of an eye, the amount of refugees increase substancially. A movement that matches the uncleanlines,body odour, sickness starvation and sleeplessness of the mass movement.This twist in the size and condition of the displaced population does not change the bereaucracy that processes them to be reqconized as refugees officially.So,the refugees are forced to wait to be considered as refugees officially.So they have to wait scout free.

Why waiting to be consider whom they already are, they create thier own mass grave to bury their own whom could no longer handle the wait. Since the wait is indefinite,they also create an everlasting bound in the bound comes those courageous who gave-up on the wait and head to no where with the hope of meeting some benevolent person or persons who may listen to their plight.This bound may be for now or for eternity.Some of those who left were never heared from again.

By now the situation is big news around the world but the strategic location is remote so instead of delivering asssitance,it is actually thrown to them to fight for scout free.

All of the above occured to these innocent and illeterate and leterate people because one man really really went scout free.The so-called leader who refused to share his twenty something years of leadership with the new comers.BUT HOW POWERFUL COULD ONE MAN BE?
