Hi laurendobbs hope you don't mind me mashing this - am new to SM and have only mashed 2 stories and both of them have been yours! I've really enjoyed reading your chapters. This is very direct and powerful. Really got me thinking.
Think alharris' suggestion is a good one - would be interested to hear what the other mashers are saying to God!
(Although don't expect God to post a chapter back, or even a comment... but you never know)

If I were to write a lonely hearts add for a newspaper (or I suppose these days it would be findadate.com) it would go something like "I don't know what I'm looking for, but I'll know it when I find it".
It's the same with stories. I know a good story. I like a good story. But at the end of the day it's just words. Eggs, bacon, cheese, malt loaf, don't forget the milk...
In my immagination I don't need words for my stories, but if I want to tell them to you I have to find a way to mash these words into something.
Sometimes I imagine some bizare things...
But I really did find a Dead Body in the Park.

I really enjoyed these chapters. Easy to read, and am interested to see how the story evolves. I think I might like to write a chapter (although I might just be lazy and wait for one to write itself!)
