It was about 3 months ago. Chucky was with 2 of his closer friend,also the gang, Jonjon and Mexico.They were walking down the block as they always do  and spotted a nice car to joy ride in. all three jumped in the car, and hot wired the car. this was a normal routine for them, but there was a twist to this one. after 5 minutes of joy riding the car shuts down, and is surrounded with police.

They were arrested and were unable to get out until they see a judge in 2 weeks. Chucky is used to being behind bars. He cant seem to stay away from them for too long. But he knew he ****** up this time. The last time he saw the judge wasnt good. 3 extra years of parole. Now he has no idea what is going to happen to him.

Chuckys day finally comes. While he was in jail his mom came to visit every week. She was talking to him about moving and getting away, buthe wasnt trying to hear it. He dont care what happens, "he's not leaving his HOOD". In his neighborhood leaving the hood without permission, and leaving the hood with too much informations was a no no. Even knowing this, Chucky went to his friend Jonjon and told him about what his mom was saying.

Chucky says, "Man dawg, my OG tryin to make me get out tha hood. But **** that. i aint goin no where. We brothas fo-life. N cant no one seperate brothas."  

Chucky's mom, Letty, walked up to the judge in the court room and begged and cried to let her baby go. the judge looked at Chucky, "Boy oh boy. Mr. Gonzalez. Hmm. Chucky, I am going to release you today, but under written agreement that if you get into trouble one more time, no matter what it is, you will be heading to prison for a long, long time. You've been in my court room numerous times, and it seems like nothing helps you. Your mother says you will be moving soon. I believe it is for the best. Whereever you go there is a court system, and you will not be forgotten. Gonzalez. . . . .you'll be back, your kind always comes back."

Walking out the courthouse, once again, a free boy. but how free is free? He still belongs to the gang, right? But he told Jonjon, who got out last week, about his mom talking about moving. Did Jonjon tell anyone, Chucky was wondering, what will they do to me? **** it. I'll fight, shoot, stab, kill anyone who comes up to me stupid.
