The killer does not follow any kind of discernable modus operandi. On the contrary, they strike everyone, regardless of gender or social status. There is only one common element : every body has its genitals removed and is devoid of blood. Just like with cattle.
 
Law enforcement officials are puzzled ; there is no way they can track any kind of forensic evidence from the scene. It is completely impersonal, completely ''don't give a damn'' like. Even with psychopaths, who are usually devoid of emotions unless on a very shallow level, there is always a signature, a sign, something for a profiler to hold on to. Here, it is almost scary - not even the graphic crime scene, and graphic it is, but the message : there is no message. It is as it has been done for no purpose whatsoever and - what is even more frightening - people in the law enforcement cannot do jack about it.
