How does the title have to do with the story?

I was wondering what the fee was. It says that we have to pay for some of the services that story mash provideds but it never says what those services are and how much they are. I was just wondering.

This is a very good intro to a story. You can go almost anywhere with this and maybe that's the problem. This story is too short in my opinion. But good.
