Backspace.  Where were we before this?  Correction tape and clumpy lumpy liquid white-out.  Banks and credit union do not accept checks with white-out.  ILLEGAL.  Altered.  Sloppy.  These documents shall be called a ‘do-over’ if they have conceived this white-out substance.  But it was easily dismissed because…what else could we do?  Even before then, we were scratching and scribbling and let’s face it, your employment application appeared tacky, to say the least, and you were not offered a position.  But, I would hire you.  You are imperfect.  I do not want or even need a coworker, employee, or management personnel that is perfect or may even consider itself perfect, because no doubt, they are not.  But, even the notion to think you are is essentialially c u n t-like and intolerable in my corporation.  See, my team consists of individuals that make mistakes and may possibly make that mistake more than once, but they learn.  My team consists of persons with qualities such as loyalty, realism, and nonjudgmentalism.  And you must make up your own words and be willing to start a sentence with and or but or andbut.  Uniqueness is an understatement.  I need you to be you, always and forever.   We are not better than white-out.  We are the backspace team.
