"365 Meals Project"

Day 2  by Lilithia

January 11, 2012

I’ve always been a fan of Clam Chowder, but I’ve always wanted a little more in it. The idea to make Seafood Bisque came to me while looking at the soup selection in my local grocery store, it was the price of the dish that sold me.

Also I’d like to let you all know, I’ve found a place called SparkRecipes, were I’ve been getting my Nutrition's facts, all my recipes are going onto that sight under Lilithia. It’s really awesome to build a recipe, then find the nutrition facts, then cook it, take pictures, and post it on that site, Storymash with no pictures, then Troind with pictures. Sadly though this recipe doesn't have many pictures.

Diabetic Friendly:
This meal already has a low Carb count, how ever if you wish to lower it more I suggest removing the potatoes, corn, or both from the meal. The carbs with no Corn and Potatoes is 14.5 with just potatoes will be 17.8 I can only image it will be the same with just corn.
Tip: French Bread
For Left over: Keep in seal able container in refrigerator for only a week, and plan to have it for lunch or brunch. You might be able to freeze it, but I’m not suggesting it.
For Single People: Call over come friends for this meal, you might only need 3 other people.
