Moonbeams (another short poem)  by LadyAdelia

Moonbeams like a rope
thrown to save a drowning man
Pierce through my black night
with rays of happy laughter
streaming kisses on my face

My children are the light in my dark night

They are my happy ever after

They are the reason I stay sane

In spite of my dark passenger
