Discussion of "Making Your Acquaintance" by L_A_Ray

I love your chapter! I have been away from the site for awhile so just got to read it. It seems to keep the tone of my previous one, sort of a combination of Dr. Seuss and Douglas Adams, although I have neither the talent of imagery of the former nor of wit for the latter, but thats what I was going for. Anyway, I think you did a great job.

Haha! Thanks! I actually stumbled across another piece by you (I can't recall which one right now) and thought, "Hmmm... this person seems like a decent writer. I wonder if they have a piece here I could get enough of a feel for to continue." So, I'm glad you like it and that you feel it keeps the style. :D

Douglass Adams is always an influence in my comedic writing... particularly sci-fi.
