Brook Stone 2). Elemental  by Cornelius
Old cedar stumps upstream have lent a red hue to the water of the brook. Little known but worthy of our attention, the brook stone is part Feldspar and part Quartz, with some Potassium and only a dash of Calcite. A little iron compliments the water's shade of red. Flecks of Mica wink in the sun and shimmer beneath the little waves. Worn smooth, oval and slightly flat, were you to hold it in your hand you would find a good fit and likely some comfort there.
