The story so far:
Brook Stone: 1). Ancesters
by Cornelius
High above the flow of shimmering, laughing water are jagged gray cliffs adorned with windswept trees and carved with goat walks. They gaze from the incomprehensible past into the uncertain future. They come from stars and shall one day be stars again. Large chunks occasionally teeter, roll and crumble in deltas of debris toward an ancient stream, the offspring of a symbiotic relationship of wind, water, time, entropy, gravity and temperature. In the middle of the creek one of the children is resting, between floods, having resided for centuries beneeth these waters, occasionally tumbling and always buffeted by current.
