The music, it like becomes me when i'm dancing.  by Butters1hates2em

The music blared through the speakers, and i continued moving to the beat, sweat pouring from my body, but i didn't care at this point. I had to finish the routine before today, or my chances would be ruined. If this routine wasn't 100% perfect, i would have nothing, my career, my life, my future would be gone. Within a second. I stopped, waiting as the music faded, and right as the bass come back, i jumped, and twirled my final part of my dance. I dropped to the floor, and breathed heavily as the music stopped. I closed my eyes, letting a small smile slip onto my face, knowing i had finished it. I snapped up when i heard someone appluading, and quickly found the face in the many rows of seats.

"That was amazing rain..."

I blushed, and stood up.

"What are you doing storm? I told you i can't dance when your here!"

She stood up, and walked over to the stage, jumping onto it, and standing in front of me.

"It looked like you just danced in front of me, doesn't it?"

I frowned, but nodded, frustrated she was right.

"And you did a damned good job, didn't you?"

I nodded again, and sheepishly smiled.

"Okay, so i can dance in front of you, but i just have to make sure i can't see you."

She nodded, and wrapped her arms around me.

"Now i know your tired, let's go home, and get some sleep. You've got to be rested for the premier tomorrow."

As the word premier slipped from her mouth, i went rigid, and all the terrible thoughts of me slipping and falling, or messing up came rushing back into my head, and i groaned, pulling away from her.

"I just want to practice a couple more times, i'll catch a cab home, you go ahead and go home, i'll be there soon. okay?"

She shook her head, and stepped back, away from me a little.

"Rain, your going to wwear yurself down so much, that your going to mess up tomorrow. You need to go home, and relax, and enjoy some peaceful time. Listen to me, your not going to mess up okay? Your amazing, and they will see that the moment you start dancing, okay?"

I looked up at her, and saw the truth, and sincerity in her eyes, and nodded slowly.

"Okay...We can go home now."

I slid my arms around her waist, and she did the same to me. As we walked out the doors, she smiled, and giggled.

"What?"

"I hope you know, i was hiding in there the entire time you we here too."

I glared, but smiled. I leaned up and kissed her cheek.

"Maybe that's why i did so good, your my good luck charm."

She leaned down, and kissed my lips, before pulling back, leaving our foreheads touching.

"So does that mean i can come to the show tomorrow?"

"Most certainly."

She smiled, and i smiled back, sharing our little moment, before we both got into the car, and headed home.
