"New Project!!! Quickie"

missing for 400 years--it's about time we looked for henry hudson  by AvantPointGuard

"We were flown in by aircraft carrier--" I said.

"Wait," the guy interrupted. He was a nervous sort--had badges on--what do you call them? Medals--yeah. That's what they were.

Are you ready to continue?
Oh, yeah. So, the guy said, "Wait. What do you mean, aircraft carrier? You can't--"
"Okay. I know. I flew off from an aircraft carrier. I didn't fly an aircraft carrier."
"Okay. Good. Go ahead."

"Well, we had this contact. An Irish girl--a woman--named Dishy. She was really a dish, I can tell you that. As a mattter of fact--I fell in love with her right there--right then and there--"
"Hold on," he said. "Could we get on with your mission?"
"Oh, yeah. Sorry. Got thinking about Dishy. Anyway. We landed on the beach. A really rocky flat place. We had pontoons, but the water was rough. It was kind of windy. It was a small plane."
"How long did it take you?"
"Forever. It was unbelieveable."
"What made you choose the location?"
"I'd emailed Windy--never really knew she was so beautiful. Didn't even have a picture or anything. Well, she may have sent me some poems."
"Would you get to the point."
"Oh, sure. I touched down. She met me there. She'd found some references--to relics. Some writings. Of Hudson."

"So?"
"Oh, yeah, well, afetr I met her, we went to this small shop like place--kind of a general store--she showed me where I'd be sleeping--not with her, unfortunately--heh-heh--heh--"
"Will you get on with it?"
"The next day we rode off on motorcycles--they were, like, off road bikes--we had to go through some salt marshes--very bad paths--some really high grass, but it was well marked. She knew the way. We were going to a village. On a hill. It had some stone buildings. Not that hot, I might add. Very basic, But this is where the stuff was. The clothes and stuff. Some shoes. Really worn out. They were on display. Like a museum."

"You got pictures?"
"Sure right here."
"Nice."
"Yeah. We're getting married.'
"What? You and Dishy?"

"Yeah."

"So, where was this?"
"I can't tell you."

"What do you mean"
"We paid you for this."

"I know."
"Well, where is this place?"
"I can't tell you."
"Why not?"
"Well, you'd have to meet Dishy. Then you'd understand."
