Discussion of "A Fast Ride" by Astre

Astre, i like it. you left it at a point where the story could go in any direction. don't leave the readers hanging, come up with a sequel! being lost is always a good way to write a story. seems to happen to me in real life all the time!(by the way, sounds like you have experience with riding horses. is this true?)

I like the idea. I feel there are a lot interesting places that you could take this story. But I felt it was a bit too fast paced for me to connect to or gain interest in the narrorator.

I do have a little experience with horses. This was inspired by my daughters recent riding lessons. I agree with you Natalie, it was way too fast paced. Thank you for your comments! I really appreciate the input!

I also take printmaking. i recently did a print of a man with a horse. A lot of people like it. one lady in my class traded a print for it. others said it looked realistic. it was a special procees, an ink relief on copper. i wish there was a way i could show it to you online. Is there?
