If you can not be bothered to vote tomorrow, which people have dead before to give you that option, then why even bother to write this? You are just adding to all the hype and publicity, don't you get that? Your opinions are now posted on the web, for everyone to see and voice their opinion about. You just created something more to talk about my friend. |

AndrewLamar , It is a very interesting piece . By writing it, one can discern very quickly what is the intellectual level of one's conversation partners. Whatever one might think about David Icke / The Controllers / Et al , I suggest one studies it first and then comments . Draw your own conclusions and conspiracy becomes no longer just a theory but a probable course of action . PROBABLE , NOT VERITABLE . Yes, people like to enchant themselves . But does it mean all 'outside the box' ought to be dismissed because ''university and mommy tell me so ? '' Ask yourselves that . Or do not delude yourself into believing you are ''free to do as you please .'' This society is in limbo between utopia and dystopia . One will surface sooner or later . Is it accidental or by design ? Up to you to decide . I, for one, prefer pieces such as yours rather than a 100th story about ''Jane and James'' even if it is written with exceptional artistic prowess I believe that Mr . Goethe's alleged words sum up our plight really well '' There are none so hopelessly enslaved as those who falsely believe they are free .'' It is a shame that ''creative'' writers are so often ''uncreative.'' Cheers . |

There's more factor at play here. The US is powerful, the US President is the most powerful man on earth but there's the whole world consisted of people. And people are unpredictable. Just to share something that I read before. It's a quote from a leader somewhere, I can't remember. "The people of the United States does not know very much about the rest of the world, but they hold the power to choose the person who will be the most powerful man on earth" The personna's decision of not going to vote, I think is quite irresponsible. But a good story could be developed from there. Maybe an action thriller where the personna goes on to take the Illuminati. Or maybe an autobiographical account about a psycho man taking on the government or something. Can't wait to see how it will go. |

I can't even believe intelligent human beings believe this ****. You seriously believe this? Give me evidence, give me facts, I see none. I went to the website, it said nothing, it supported nothing other then the fact that it wanted to make money off of easily pursuaded people, you **** thieves, trying to make money off ignorants. I can't believe this kind of **** is on Storymash, its the kind of **** that deserves to be in video games. |

Did you actually read from the top??? And work your way down??? Tell you what:http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h37/ronaldmccheese/illuminati.jpg&imgrefurl=http://operationawakening.wordpress.com/2008/02/21/the-illuminatis-one-world-religion-is-here-wwjd/&h=269&w=263&sz=22&hl=en&start=27&um=1&usg=__4zJzI8gcFNtXPvPeievKv1wkPd0=&tbnid=vDQitUgeSP-fYM:&tbnh=113&tbnw=110&prev=/images%3Fq%3DObama%2Bconnection%2Bwith%2BIlluminati%26start%3D21%26ndsp%3D21%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26sa%3DN Watch the bottom video. Give it twenty minutes, then come back. The election is the modern day gladiator games. I'm I the only person that heard Obama say tonight,"...We have to be ready to make a spiritual sacrifice..."? Ask yourself, what are you willing to sacrifice your soul for??? |

I decided to down my own comments because they were quite rude and I apologize. Still, I believe your ideas are ridiculous. Secret societies that worship satan control the government? Where in the wacky world do you get that information? |

First of all I want to tell you that you should always vote. If for no other reason vote to negate another persons vote and make them work harder for their money. Secondly I checked out the website you mentioned briefly and have a few comments: Most people who are in politics are born into politics, not because of royalty and bloodline but because there is a lot of money needed to campaign and because to understand it takes years and years of being around it. "But isn't the President running the game? Not the least. The power is not with the politicians, but with the Illuminati, whose top players, as far up in power as we can confirm, are mostly of a Sectarian Jewish Elite, who use Zionism as a tool to create a Jewish State in Israel with Jerusalem as their Capitol. Zionists are not to be confused with the common Jews, who have nothing to do with this treason against humanity." The President is not running the entire game you know. That is why we have congress for a system of checks and balances. "The Illuminati put in top positions people who they know have a dark past, so they can be easily controlled." People in top positions of anything have dark pasts because they have to overcome a lot of obstacles to get to the top not because they are controlled. Think about this though, in any top position there is a certain amount of submissiveness just to get something done. If everything was questioned or rebelled against nothing would happen very quickly would it. Finally this whole business of interbreeding is a bunch of hogwash because when interbreeding takes place ignorance and physical problems result. Just a few things to think about. |

... read it... Don't really know how to comment though. As fact, this is weak; as fiction, I've seen conspiracy done a lot better. |

I think you give humanity too much credit. You're obviously very intelligent and have a mastery of the English language (seriously, many of the "writers" at this site don't know the first thing about grammer, vocabulary, punctuation and syntax), however I am a firm believer that it it is impossible for more than one person to maintain utter secrecy. I'm afraid you might have mistaken The X-Files (one of my favorite shows) for non-fiction. |

This is interesting. It is interesting in the respect that the age of the writer is apparent for the lack of real world experience. Conspiracy theories make great television, but they make very poor reality. While it is well within the capacity of an individual mind to conceive and believe in massive conspiracies, it is quite outside the capabilities of a mob mentality to actually create a real conspiracy of significant complexity. Such a conspiracy would require "groupthink" on a level that, while success might be remotely possible, is entirely unlikely. People vary in their opinions of the worth of groupthink, but my own opinion of consensus rule is appallingly low. The larger the group, the less likely they are to act in their own best interest or in the interest of others. Groups get manipulated and conditioned to their own demise, every time, without fail. Individuals are always looking for advantages over other individuals, and in this way, the group is always subverted. This is exactly the phenomenon referred to when Benjamin Franklin told the Constitutional Framers, “A Republic then, if you can keep it!” No two people ever think exactly alike. The larger a group becomes, the simpler the goals and agenda MUST become in order to succeed; otherwise, cooperation fails and the conspiracy falls apart. Humans lack the capacity to quash self-interest in the name of some perceived greater good to any significant degree. You don't have to look much beyond a big-city traffic jam to know the truth. People in general and Americans specifically have a very difficult time imagining that there might be someone better than us, or more knowledgeable, or even wiser. If Americans had this capacity, there would only be one political party, since we would be like a hive mind. But one might say that Democracy itself is but a huge conspiracy, perhaps the largest of all. Certainly the many come together to oppress the few, and in this way prevent the spread of anarchy (except in California and Oregon, but that is another matter). One might say that, on November 4th, the East and West coasts conspired to subvert the will of the Midwest. Midwesterners do not generally like Big Government, and Senator Obama is, if anything, all about Big Government. However, in a stunning display of conspiratorial hypocrisy, Midwesterners don’t seem to mind farm subsidies, which is a function of Big Government. I am not all that pleased with the Socialist agenda of Mr. Obama, that much is certain. But he is a passionate man, and he absolutely believes everything he says, right or wrong. Both parties have places party hacks in the office of the President before; you can identify them when they make speeches containing ideas clearly not their own. They tend to stammer, or read like a robot. This is not the case with Obama. His words, whether we agree or not, are chock full of confidence, and his command presence is such that his mentality would never stand for leadership-by-committee. I know he talks a lot about consensus, roundtables, etc, but that was purely motivated by political necessity. Barack Obama is very much his own person, and the only person who has real input into his ideology is wife. There is no conspiracy necessary. He may or may not have a common ancestor with Bush, but if so, it doesn’t matter. Interbreeding jokes aside, Americans place no value on familial relationships beyond that of cousins. I have traveled around the world a few times; I know that extended family is a matter of custom in most locations, but NOT HERE, and that is the key point. If two guys meet and discover that they have a distant ancestor in common, it might be worth a beer or two at a local pub one day, but it is certainly not an invitation to Thanksgiving Dinner! Back when I was twenty or so, I too thought that there was some dark Oligarchy, a power-behind-the-thrown, so to speak. But as time passed, it became apparent that Americans lack the capacity to work together on anything on any significant scale, for any significant length of time. 9/11 showed us that we can come together in sentimental moments, but once action is required, all bets are off. We are able to sacrifice very little to any cause larger than ourselves. Lastly, as Orwell once said, “Power is not a means to an end; it is the end itself.” No group of any size is going to be willing to share power. What will happen is that the individuals will try to manipulate the group to secure power for themselves, at the expense of the group. Why do you suppose the Politburo could not survive one century? All of the infighting and petty power grabs within this very small group caused the larger concerns of an enormous super power to be disregarded, to the Soviet Union’s demise. Closer to home, Congress is so concerned with pay raises and plundering the budget for pork projects that they have almost zero time for real governance. Those congressional individuals have what it is they sought…power. No conspiracy was required. The fact that this republic has survived this long is a testament to how conspiracy-free we have been. |
