Once again, thanks for featuring the latest poem that I wrote! Another shocker! But I guess I shouldn't be too shocked! LOL!

I can relate to a lot of it, too, Acuariana. And I love the line, "And please don't blame it on Obama!"

Thanks, Norcia! I'm glad you like that line, and I came up with that line, because I sure did not want to use "momma" (mama; no need to insult one's mother, which is not the right thing to do (and especially if one's mother is not living).

You really think so, Nate1up? LOL! But seriously, now that you said it, I might do a short story based on this poem. :-). Thanks.

It's a sweet poem.

As per my past experiences, it seems like those that spread lies and talk behind someone else's back are the ones that are believed.

Not "friends" or what's true.

But it's still a sweet poem.

To most people, trust is some kind of an input and output of data -- not a feeling that you have around some and not others for your own reasons.

After all, if someone puts you through some kind of excruciating **** because they're trying to "help" you, wouldn't most of those in positions of authority/responsibility think that you should trust them?

It's a somewhat idealistic poem, but still a sweet one.

Squrlbt, thank you very much. I really appreciate that. Sure, everyone has different views on what trust is and what friendship is, but the bottom line is, everyone deals with drama differently, too. Trust me on that.

Thanks, Netnet. And it is the truth, because when people do that, they are not true friends.
