StoryMash LLC (StoryMash) takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy tells you about our online collection and use of data. By accessing and using the StoryMash website http://www.StoryMash.com/ (the "StoryMash Site"), you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms of this policy.

Like many other websites, StoryMash utilizes "cookies" (or web beacons or similar mechanisms, which tag users, and transmit non-personal information regarding browsing activity to a computer server). A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user and which "tags" the user. For example, a cookie may allow identification of a user when the user visits another website. Cookies are also used by advertisers to develop "advertising networks". Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on the StoryMash Site. Cookies may be used to enhance the user experience. If you choose to register with StoryMash and create a username and password, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.

The StoryMash Site contains links to other websites. Be aware that StoryMash is not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave the StoryMash Site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website to learn how such website collects and uses personally identifiable information.
