Here's the general idea:
A young girl runs away from her addictive mother and lives in various places around San Francisco until age 11 (mostly a library). Given her unusual upbringing (or lack of one), she becomes attune to "patterns" in people's actions and facial expressions, to the extent that she can read their pasts and intentions. She meets a man and is so struck by the strickeness she "reads" in him that she impulsively apologizes. The man works for the CIA, and learning that she has no home (not even a name), he takes her to his home and they form an unusual bond. She begins working for the CIA.
The man is searching for the killer the murdered his wife, and ultimately the girl helps him track the killer down.

I find that the best way to come up with a title (if you want a good one) is to go to the core theme of the story and try to express it. Sometimes all you need is a working title, which can be the first thing that pops into your mind, and then when it's finished the true title will reveal.

Great idea by the way! Seriously, I would definitely read that. Or go to see the movie ;)

Thank you:) Titles have always been a struggle for me, and I usually write them after I write the entire story, because sometimes I find that the core idea of the story changes as I write it. I'll think of something... eventually :P

I've decided to call it "August"

Find a recurring image or theme and use those words, play with it. Maybe pull some words from the key quote in a dialogue.
