An hour till midnight", said my partner johnson who was growing rather impatient as he checked his silver pocket watch. My name is Officer Kingston the lll. I am here on the case of the ghost hound. Rumors had it that the hound crept at night and had teeth the size of swords and claws the size of daggers! The creature's own size was much bigger than a scottish horse and it had no eyeballs. Just red flame that burnt your soul if you looked into it too hard. Or so I am told. Sitting across from me was an old weak man with a stick for a cane. He was there because he had encounterd the beast. " So do tell about the ghost hound mr..." "gregory" " a yes gregory. So what did you see?" He blinked like he didn't hear what I had said. " I did not see anything, just know the story of the beast that's all". Frustrated johnson put in a word. " Then tell us the story of the beast for god's sake!" " Well back 100 years ago there was a wolf who bred to guard dog. The outcome was a fine hunting wolf-hound. But one day it wanderd off into the ... woods. They never saw it agian until it commited it's murder on a child. Since then it has been killing off people in this region. And growing becuase legend has it was killed by a demon! And it feeds on the fear and the soul!" "Hmmmm interesting", " Johnson come, we have a demon to catch!"

Hi, Storyteller!

You have an interesting start to a story here! It could use some work on capitalization, punctuation, pacing, etc. but you certainly have a good start on a curious mystery.

Just so you know, you can publish your chapters under the "new story" link at the right side of the page. That way, people can see the story when they look at your profile, comment, rate, and add chapters if they like. That's where most of the writing happens on this site, while the forum is usually used for conversations about the writing process. I hope this helps!
