I think it helps having it be a competition... ;) |

I echo nash's comments, and also wanted to take the opportunity to congratulate all the entrants. For obvious reasons, I wanted to wait until hitting Publish before cracking open anyone else's chapter, and now it's going to take me awhile to read and comment meaningfully on each one. So it may take me a few days, but I will post my thoughts for each. Nash, I like your idea of reposting TSNK as one inviolate publication, but I would make one suggestion. I think the story could and should be edited to flow better between chapters, correct mistakes, and maybe trim some loose ends. Maybe all the winners can get involved. I know there's definitely some stuff from Chapter 7 that I'd be happy to see changed, tweaked or tossed, and I suspect most of the other authors feel similarly about their chapters. |

I absolutely agree and I know exactly what I would cut from my chapter 5. lol I bet you all know too...;) Well, I'm glad it's over. It was fun but maybe we will all have a better understanding of how we should approach chapters in the next contest; knowing now that hard left turns are not easy to take back-take them with care. I'd be very excited to see an edited, completed TSNK posted-some small changes could really redeem the storyline. |

Good luck to all you who contributed the final chapter. Even though I never won, it was a fun story to be a very minor part of, and I look forward to the next contest. |

I think the idea for 'finished stories' to have their own place on the site is a great idea that would likely bring more readers, readers who would rather read a complete story then chapters that go nowhere and have no end. Of course, if you could have a finished version, and a version that would could still be added on to would be ideal. |

Okay, I'm really curious if there will be a post somewhere that tells final judging on round 10. Any clues? |

Yes, Katrina put the request in already. It takes a few days for blog entries to be posted, so I expect we'll see something shortly. |

.1? It's always the Yugoslavian judge, complaining because I don't trim my eyebrows to their liking. Piffle. (Congrats again, Wolf.) |

Nah, that wasn't it. But now I'm wondering if sleeping with the Yugoslavian judge was wrong. Was I not supposed to do that? |
