Up for a challange? Ready to dive into the deep end of the creative pool?

Welcome to DKK's 'One Word- Without The Word'
creative exlposion!
Here is the game rules, Ladies and Gentlemen....
A) If you choice to except, I will issue 'one' word. The object is to write a whole chapter revolving around that word-without actually using that exact word.
B)I will even provide the correct dictionary explaination of that word. Remember it could be anything; noun, name, place, action, emotion....etc.
C)There is no order of placement. For example, if Dog, Nash and Cheeseliker accepted the challange; Cheese doesn't have to 'wait' for Nash's chapter or even Dog's. Post whenever. Since it not actually continueing on the same subject, it doesn't matter.
D)This will be highly creative, as it should be. Since you can't use the exact word given to you, you have to use words relating to it, or opposing to it. Your choice, your way. I'm positive you guys can handle it.

Good luck and have fun! I hope some of you 'MASHERS' will be up to it!

Staff, join in the fun! You guys need a break from all the other jazz you do for us. Do you guys even remeber how it write? lol

- I have also posted this on the 'stories' page. From this is where you can 'mash' it. We will use the forum to assign words and discuss.

I know your word is difficult, but there are ways you could turn it towards your own genre - you write mostly romance right? Well, what happens when you have a too "serious" lover? Or a "serious" situation between best friends/ boyfriend and girlfriend...

I struggled with my word at first too. What I did was write a list of every synonym and concept related to my word. I included anything or anyone who reminded me of my word. Then I let it simmer - I left it alone for a night, went back to it and reread the list. Ideas started to flow, sentences came to me and the next thing I knew, I had a chapter. I think your word and your skills are well matched and I believe you'll come up with something great.
