It has been a while since I wrote an e-mail requesting that my account be deactivated. I wondered why my account is still in existance.

Have you sent an email to support@storymash.com? If not, please do so and CC me at katrina@storymash.com. I'll follow up with the site developer after receiving your email to see when he can deactivate your account.

One of the chapters I requested to be deleted a while back has successfully disappeared from my profile. However, my account is still here and I don't know how these process take. Any word?

No word as of yet. I've emailed the site developer several times asking for an update--I'll email him again and let you know what he says.
