StoryMash, the future of collaborative fiction. And the future has cash prizes! To reward the authors and amateur writers of our creative writing community and encourage collaborative writing StoryMash holds periodic creative writing contests. This was one such contest.

Continuing with awarding cash prizes $510 was won in StoryMash's second creative writing contestFor our second creative writing contest there were over 568 competing chapters, published by 236 authors, and a total of 1,970 users reading and voting. More than doubling the participation of our first contest! Thanks to everyone in our writing community who participated and made the second StoryMash creative writing contest another awesome success! Here is how the contest worked:Chapters that were self-published between Jan 1, 2008 and Feb 20, 2008 23:59:59 UTC and continued any existing StoryMash chapter were eligible. |
